RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re sorry it did not work out! For a full refund back to your original form of payment please return the item(s) by mail. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and all tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Sale items, intimates, bodysuits, and gift cards are final sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please attach your receipt with the following information: Order Number, Name, Email and Reason for the Return.
Unfortunately, we cannot do exchanges by mail. If you’re looking to make an exchange, please return the item and place a new order with the new item. Allow a few business days for your money to be returned to the original form of payment.
